Prescription Assistance Program
Prescription Assistance programs are offered by pharmaceutical companies for those who cannot afford the cost of prescription medication. There are more than 180 programs offered by pharmaceutical companies. Each program has different eligibility requirements and is available to low-income individuals or families who are uninsured or under-insured.
Many programs requirements include:
Proof of Income (W2/IRS-1040)
Lack of prescription insurance
U.S. resident or citizen
Income requirements are 200% of federal poverty level (FPL).
